TUF is now offering Boot Camp 101. This program is intended for anyone that’s never participated in fitness training or for someone that hasn’t done so in months or maybe years. This program will not only improve your fitness level and self-confidence, but it will also introduce you to a new way of life. You’ll learn the quickest and most effective methods for getting healthy and fit, as well as proper diet and nutrition. You may participate as a Newbie in this program as long as you’d like or you may move up to our standard classes at any time. Your instructor will assist you with the decision, if you aren’t sure when you should move up.
